Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate payroll processing, tax compliance, and data integrity across systems, while delivering process improvements and strategic projects for a multinational professional services firm.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience.
• Leadership experience in multi-state and multi-country environments.
• Experience with international payroll operations (EMEA/APAC).
• Experience managing external payroll providers.
• Experience navigating multi-jurisdictional compliance.
• BS in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Firm's payroll function and governance across US and international offices.
• Ensure accuracy of payroll processing and tax compliance across jurisdictions.
• Lead payroll team and vendor relationships, driving process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Benefits, and Finance to align payroll with policies.
