Zusammenfassung

Reformation seeks an experienced Director of Payroll to design and lead our international and domestic payroll strategy from LA or NY. You’ll govern time/attendance, tax compliance, and payroll controls across multiple entities, partnering with People, Legal, Finance and Tech to scale operations.

You will mentor the payroll team, drive efficiency through technology, ensure accurate withholding, and manage vendor relationships to support a fast-growing, mission-driven company.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in public company global payroll and payroll tax compliance.
• CPP designation strongly preferred.
• Experience scaling a payroll function in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience setting up payroll requirements for new tax entities.

• Design and lead global payroll strategy for US and international operations.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations and time/attendance rules.
• Manage payroll vendor relationships and budgeting.
• Ensure SOX/GAAP compliance and tax withholding accuracy.
• Lead audit processes and drive process improvements.
