• 15+ years of progressive payroll leadership across US and international environments.
• Experience leading globally dispersed teams of 5+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global payroll operations across entities and jurisdictions.
• Manage payroll MSPs, SLAs, KPIs, escalations, quarterly business reviews.
• Develop a scalable global payroll strategy and automation roadmap.
• Lead country setups, EOR management, and M&A integration activities.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, HR, Benefits, and Equity Administration.
