Job summary

Atoms is seeking a senior payroll leader to own global payroll end-to-end across 30 countries and multiple entities. You will own the Workday and ADP architecture, drive data aggregation and workflows, and transform international payroll infrastructure to scale with growth.

You will lead cross-geography teams, manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and shape a lean payroll organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in payroll with 10+ years leading teams across geographies
• Deep knowledge of international compliance, tax, and statutory requirements across EMEA/APAC/LATAM

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll for 30 countries and multiple entities
• Manage Workday and ADP architecture, data aggregation, workflows, and remittance
• Lead international payroll transformation and consolidate fragmented processes
• Evaluate, select, and govern international payroll partners across regions
• Support a layered workforce including hourly populations with high growth
