Job summary

Snap Inc. seeks a world-class Manager, Global Payroll to lead payroll service delivery across the Americas and APAC. You will oversee multiple entities, calendars, and tax remittances while partnering with third-party providers and internal teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will drive process improvements, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to support Snap's finance and equity programs on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Expertise in multi-country payroll and tax requirements.
• Experience with Workday payroll.
• Experience with stock-based compensation payroll (RSU).
• Knowledge of payroll funding and GL impacts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Americas and APAC payroll operations.
• Own end-to-end payroll across entities and calendars.
• Collaborate with third-party providers and tax advisors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Lead payroll migrations and system enhancements.
