Job summary

Lam Research seeks an accomplished payroll leader to design and roll out a global payroll and time recording model, coordinating vendor relationships across twenty countries. You will own payroll delivery, compliance and SOX controls while shaping a high-performance, globally distributed team.

The role reports to the Vice President, Corporate Controller within the Chief Accounting Officer organization and requires extensive experience in multinational payroll operations and ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years of progressive payroll leadership across multiple countries.
• At least five years in director level or above.
• Experience selecting and implementing global payroll structures.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy a global payroll operating model and time attendance platform.
• Own payroll delivery, statutory compliance, controls and vendor performance worldwide.
• Lead, develop and retain a dispersed payroll organization across time zones.
