Job summary

Lam Research is seeking an experienced global payroll leader to design and deploy a worldwide payroll and time-keeping model. You will lead vendor selection, data governance, and phased migrations while owning ongoing operations, compliance, and audit readiness across all countries.

The role reports to the Corporate Controller and sits in the Finance/Controllership organization. A strong background in SAP/Workday and SOX would be essential for success in this high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years payroll leadership experience in a multinational setting.
• Experience with multi-country payroll ownership and global rollout.
• Strong knowledge of payroll accounting and ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and deploy of a global payroll and time model.
• Oversee rollout of global time, attendance, and payroll platform.
• Consolidate provider relationships and migrate 20 countries in waves.
• Own ongoing payroll delivery, controls, and vendor performance.
• Maintain SOX controls and audit readiness across payroll.
