Job summary

Alteryx, Inc. is seeking a Director of Global Payroll to lead the payroll delivery team across 15+ countries. You will drive AI-enabled automation, partner with HR and Finance, and ensure compliance with global tax and labor laws.

Responsibilities include optimizing Workday-ADP integrations, expanding payroll capabilities during M&A, and providing strategic leadership to deliver accurate payroll with top-tier employee service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Finance or related field is required.
• CPP designation is preferred for payroll leadership roles.
• 10+ years of payroll experience with 5+ years in a global company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global payroll delivery team across 15+ countries.
• Drive AI-enabled process innovation and intelligent automation in payroll.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Technology to ensure compliance and employee focus.
• Optimize integration between Workday and ADP, plus other providers.
• Oversee payroll setups for new entities and regional expansions.
• Implement anomaly detection and compliance checks using AI tools.
• Provide timely, accurate payroll processing and issue resolution.
• Report KPI’s to CFO and leadership on payroll metrics.
• Maintain internal controls and governance over payroll processes.
• Lead payroll transformation initiatives including outsourcing and automation.
