Alteryx Inc. is seeking a Director of Global Payroll to lead our worldwide payroll delivery across 15+ countries. You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Tech to drive compliant, employee‑centric payroll operations leveraging AI and modern automation.

The role requires 10+ years in payroll with 5+ years in a global leadership capacity, plus strong experience with Workday, ADP, and Celergo. On‑site leadership in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years payroll experience with 5+ years in global leadership.
• Experience with global expansion, payroll setup, and M&A integrations.
• Strong knowledge of global tax, reporting, and payroll compliance.
• Deep experience with ADP Workforce Now, Celergo, and Workday HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll across 15+ countries.
• Enhance automation between Workday and ADP to streamline processes.
• Lead AI tools adoption to improve payroll processing and reporting.
• Manage payroll setups for newly established entities and regional expansion.
• Provide prompt customer service to employees and resolve payroll issues.
