Job summary

Alteryx, Inc. seeks a Director, Global Payroll to lead a global payroll delivery team across 15+ countries, driving AI-enabled automation and compliant, employee-centric payroll operations.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal and Technology to optimize Workday, ADP Workforce Now and Celergo integrations, promote standardization, and deliver timely payroll reporting. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of global payroll experience with 5+ years in leadership, CPP preferred, and a hands-on

Qualifications

• 10+ years of payroll experience with 5+ years of leadership in a global company.
• Demonstrated experience with global expansion, payroll setup, and M&A integrations.
• Strong knowledge of global tax, reporting, and payroll compliance.
• Deep experience with AI adoption and automation in payroll workflows.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate payroll processing across 15+ countries.
• Partner with HR and Transformation Office to optimize Workday-ADP integrations and automate processes.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of AI tools and automation for payroll processing and reporting.
• Manage payroll setup for newly established entities and regional expansions, including system integrations.
• Provide KPI reporting to the CFO and maintain robust internal controls.
