Job summary

Melita Group is hiring a Payroll Consultant on a part-time contract for Canada and/or UK payroll using ADP platforms. This remote role offers 10–30 hours per week with an immediate start.

Two tracks: Canada with ADP Workforce Now Canada and UK with ADP iHCM. Process payrolls for multiple clients, ensure accuracy of deductions and filings, and remain compliant with evolving legislation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Canadian payroll processing with ADP WFN Canada.
• Hands-on UK payroll processing with ADP iHCM.
• Experience with CPP/QPP, EI, tax filings and year-end forms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process recurring and off-cycle payrolls in ADP platforms from inputs to submission.
• Review payroll registers, reconcile variances, and ensure timely filings.
• Address client payroll questions clearly and monitor compliance risks.
• Handle new hires, terminations, and changes to pay/deductions.
• Support quarter- and year-end processing.
