Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll experience in US, Canada and the UK; experience in other international jurisdictions is a plus.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now payroll technology.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with comfort managing payroll for multiple clients under deadline pressure.
• A genuine enthusiasm for payroll and for learning new systems, rules, and geographies.
• Excellent communication skills and a high-integrity, client-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage the entire payroll process for international clients using ADP and Rippling technologies with the goal of 100% error-free payrolls.
• Process new hires, changes, terminations, and off-cycle items on time for every pay cycle, respecting each country’s rules and deadlines.
• Reconcile and validate each payroll before release, and coordinate funding, filings, and reporting as required in each jurisdiction.
• Work directly with client contacts to collect data, resolve issues, and obtain approvals for timely processing.
• Build Melita’s global payroll capability by learning country requirements and defining internal processes for new jurisdictions.
• Become an advanced user of ADP, Rippling, and Melita’s Salesforce CRM; document repeatable processes for scale.
