Job summary

Melita is expanding its payroll services to support international clients from a remote setup. The Global Payroll Specialist will own end-to-end payrolls across multiple countries, primarily using ADP and Rippling, ensuring 100% error-free, on-time payrolls for Canada, the UK, and other regions as the client base grows.

You will learn each country’s statutory rules, help stand up internal processes, and partner with client teams to deliver a complete payroll solution globally.

Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll experience in US, Canada, UK; other jurisdictions a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking with deadline-driven payrolls.
• Excellent communication with a high-integrity, client-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end international payrolls using ADP and Rippling with 100% accuracy.
• Process hires, changes, terminations, and off-cycle items on schedule for each country.
• Coordinate funding, filings, and reporting per jurisdiction requirements.
• Collaborate with client payroll and HR contacts to gather data and approvals.
