Job summary

Hyve Group is seeking a Senior Manager of Payroll, Benefits and HR Ops to lead a global team across the UK, USA and Asia, ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You’ll partner with the HR Director and Chief of Staff on pay ranges, benchmarking and benefits to attract and retain talent.

The role oversees payroll, benefits, HR policies, and data-driven decision making, with responsibility for governance and reporting across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Led a HR shared service team including payroll & benefits.
• Interacted with senior stakeholders (Board level).
• Analyzed and presented People Analytics for board-level audiences.
• Led HRIS implementation and maintenance.
• Experience in PE-backed/OKR environments.
• Operated in fast-paced, agile and global settings.
• Advanced Microsoft skills & Power BI experience (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end HR operational service globally.
• Design bold and innovative HR policy usage to attract talent and engage employees.
• Lead HR shared service across all locations.
• Ensure payroll & benefits administration processes are documented and accurate.
• Lead onboarding, pay reviews, promotions, job changes, and offboarding processes.
• Develop global HR policies aligned with Hyve culture.
• Champion data, metrics and insights to drive decisions.
• Produce the monthly HR Board Report.
• Oversee HR systems to protect data and improve service.
• Collaborate with SVP HR on governance, DRR, and gender pay reporting.
