DeWinter Group is seeking an International Payroll Specialist – APAC to own and elevate payroll operations across Australia, Singapore, South Korea, and Japan. You will manage monthly payroll, coordinate with external providers, and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payments while collaborating with U.S.-based teams across time zones.

Formación

• Five+ years payroll experience with hands-on in at least two APAC countries (Australia, Singapore, South Korea, Japan).
• Experience running payroll via outsourced provider and reviewing provider output.
• Ability to reconcile payroll registers to an HRIS (Workday preferred).
• Experience processing new hires, terminations, final pay, one-time payments, commissions, reimbursements.
• Strong process documentation and organizational skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to collaborate with US-based teams across time zones.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage monthly payroll for Australia and Singapore.
• Lead payroll launch for South Korea.
• Oversee Japan payroll activities.
• Partner with global teams and external providers to ensure timely, accurate payments.
• Develop country-specific runbooks and APAC compliance calendar.
• Reconcile payroll registers to Workday; investigate variances.
• Support payroll provider relationships and monthly audits.
