Job summary

Liquidity Services, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage global payroll operations and support U.S. biweekly payroll.

You will handle the full payroll lifecycle, including processing, reconciliations, tax reviews, reporting, and system administration across multiple countries. You will partner with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and external providers to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while maintaining strong data integrity and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of U.S. payroll experience; multi-country/global payroll exposure preferred.
• Experience with payroll controls, compliance, and handling confidential employee data.
• Experience with U.S. payroll, payroll taxes, reconciliations, and quarter/year-end activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process global payrolls, validate inputs, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate approvals and funding.
• Support U.S. biweekly payroll, including changes, timekeeping, commissions, final pay, and exceptions.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and external payroll providers for accurate, timely delivery.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and maintain controls; support tax compliance and audits.
• Assist payroll systems and integrations (UKG, Workforce Ready, Oracle, and global providers) through testing and data validation.
• Analyze payroll trends and metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support continuous improvement through automation and standardization.
