Job summary

Airspace is hiring a Global Payroll Analyst to administer payroll across entities and EOR partnerships, ensuring tax, social security, and retirement requirements are met worldwide. The role requires attention to detail, multi-country experience, and ownership over payroll processes.

You will collaborate with HR and Finance to improve payroll operations, automate processes, and maintain strong controls across time zones. Remote-friendly position with U.S. focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a payroll specialist or administrator, including international payroll or payroll across multiple entities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams and time zones.
• Experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with payroll tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the employee payroll experience; respond to inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Process global payroll across Airspace entities and EOR platforms; ensure on-time, 100% accurate processing.
• Maintain compensation, health benefits, and retirement plan administration across jurisdictions; perform audits.
• Maintain SOPs and payroll documentation; complete monthly retirement and benefits audits with accuracy.
