Global Payments Inc. is seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to lead senior stakeholder engagements, drive revenue growth, and shape the future of global commerce across a diverse portfolio.

In this full‑time role, you will coordinate with product, legal and finance teams, negotiate complex deals, and ensure delivery against contractual commitments while maintaining a growth mindset and high client satisfaction. US travel is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in sales leadership within FinTech or financial services.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage senior stakeholders for your accounts and align on the relationship strategy and agenda, and serve as a point of escalation for the day-to-day relationship activities
• Responsible for selling the company’s products and services, to grow the level of business we do across your portfolio
• Ensures that schedules and budgets are met according to contractual agreements.
• Oversee the creation and delivery of account plans, tracked with division leaders on a quarterly basis
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders across the business in locations around the globe (incl. Product, Legal, Finance, etc.) to be sure mutual objectives are met and we get the best outcomes for our customers
• Structure, negotiate and close deals to meet client expectations and Worldpay’s ability to deliver; utilize company resources to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.
• Exhibit a deep working knowledge of company products and services, and be able to articulate customer requirements to drive our product roadmap at Worldpay
• Focus on account retention with a growth mindset to explore new opportunities
• US-domestic travel required for this role
• Other related duties assigned as needed.
