Job summary

Global Payments seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead product development and lifecycle, from ideation to launch, across complex initiatives.

You will own product roadmaps, collaborate with marketing, sales, and delivery, and craft pricing strategies to maximize profitability while delivering client value. This role emphasizes market research, GTM packaging, and cross-functional partnership with senior leaders in a global payments environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Master's Degree or MBA preferred; software delivery or IT background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Defines the approach and manages the process from product development to product launch, ensuring alignment with the project plan for complex initiatives.
• Owns, manages, and communicates a product roadmap with cross-functional teams to determine prioritization, costs, and market positioning.
• Develops and leads go-to-market packaging and collaborates with product marketing to craft pricing strategies and value propositions.
