Job summary

Paysend is seeking an Application Support Analyst to ensure our global payment platform operates reliably and efficiently. You will investigate transactions, monitor real-time flows, and coordinate incident responses across B2C and Enterprise products, using SQL, Postman, OpenSearch, and Grafana to trace issues and maintain uninterrupted money movement.

You’ll collaborate with partners and banks, manage escalations, and contribute to deployments and post-release verification while solving

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to investigate novel issues independently.
• Practical SQL data querying and API debugging using Postman.
• Familiarity with Linux, networks, or cloud basics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, track, and manage end-to-end payment transaction flows using Oracle SQL, Postman, and OpenSearch.
• Maintain business-critical payment services, track SLA windows, and monitor system health with Grafana.
• Conduct incident response, root-cause investigations, and write incident reports.
• Resolve transactions flagged for manual parsing and investigate payouts or funding stuck >3 days.
• Serve as point of contact for partners and banks to resolve processing issues and data discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot SAR reconciliation issues and data mismatches.
• Coordinate, execute, and verify service releases and post-release health.
