Job summary

Bybit is seeking an experienced Business Development leader to grow Bybit Card, Bybit Pay and Bybit Fiat through affiliates, KOLs, creators and communities. You’ll directly manage a regional team of Business Developers and turn affiliate activity into profitable growth, first transactions, payment volume and revenue.

You’ll hire and coach BDs, set regional priorities and incentives, and establish clear processes for pipeline management and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a regional or distributed BD/partnerships team.
• Proven track record building affiliate growth programs with incentives, processes and KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of KOL/creator/affiliate acquisition and partner quality assessment.
• Experience managing teams against measurable acquisition, transaction-volume or revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and manage Business Developers across priority markets.
• Set clear regional priorities and incentive structures, and define processes for pipeline management.
• Grow affiliate, KOL, creator and community channels, and negotiate terms with partners.
• Build repeatable affiliate plans for product launches, including campaigns and tracking.
• Set commission structures for BDs and partners, ensuring sustainable partner economics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Product, Operations, Legal and Finance to resolve blockers and move partner activity.
• Identify merchant/PSP opportunities and hand strong leads to internal teams, supporting strategic discussions.
• Track results across markets and forecast pipeline to replicate successful approaches.
