Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, business development, strategy, operations or project management within financial services.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience and experience creating client-facing presentations.
• Payments industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth & Client Leadership: Establish and deepen executive relationships; drive high-level strategy with clients to maximize acceptance and identify new opportunities.
• Product: Ensure implementation of network products and services to enable ubiquitous downstream acceptance.
• Operational Excellence: Implement initiatives, ensure compliance with change release processes and business practices, and ensure partners include Capital One products.
• Marketing: Execute joint marketing initiatives to improve enabler and merchant awareness and increase transactions.
• Data Analysis: Analyze enabler performance, industry trends, and transaction metrics; translate data into client presentations and strategic roadmaps.
• Risk & Leadership: Manage and escalate risk or customer-impacting issues; provide coaching to team members.
• Client Facing: Travel up to 25% domestically and globally for client and team meetings.
