Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, business development, strategy, operations or project management within financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Finance preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, business development, strategy, operations or project management within financial services.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience and experience creating client-facing presentations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and deepen executive relationships with clients to drive strategic growth.
• Implement and promote network products and services for higher acceptance and value.
• Ensure compliance with change release processes and align partners with Capital One products.
• Lead joint marketing initiatives to increase awareness and transactions with merchants.
• Analyze enabler performance, industry trends and transaction metrics; present actionable roadmaps.
• Manage risk and provide coaching to team members to address issues.
• Travel up to 25% domestically and globally for client and team meetings.

Education
