Job summary

Cruise Critic is seeking a driven Manager of Partnerships & Business Development to identify and activate high-value commercial relationships beyond core cruise categories. You will lead new business development, build a robust pipeline across ancillary travel verticals, and manage end-to-end deal cycles.

The role requires 5–10 years in BD, a global mindset, experience with affiliate or rev-share models, and proficiency with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles in travel, media, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
• Proven track record of closing net-new partnerships, not just managing accounts.
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead new business development and pipeline in ancillary travel categories.
• Structure and manage end-to-end deal cycles: outreach, qualification, pitching, negotiation, closure.
• Represent Cruise Critic at industry events to generate leads and raise brand profile.
