Job summary

Higgsfield AI is expanding its global partnerships team, seeking a senior professional to own the full lifecycle of strategic partner relationships across international markets.

You will drive sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing multi-million-dollar deals, while shaping GTM models and pricing structures for various verticals. Heavy travel and direct engagement with C-level partners are expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise sales, business development or partnerships, closing complex multi-million-dollar deals you personally sourced and negotiated.
• At least 3 years working in international markets — at a global company, or in a role where you owned deals or operations across multiple countries.
• Experience at a company that scaled aggressively, where daily progress was expected and intensity was normal.
• You hold both sides of the business in your head. You can say what a partnership earns and what it costs to deliver in the same sentence.
• Comfortable with almost no structure. You’ll get context and access, not process.
• Heavy international travel.
• Fluent English and Russian.

Responsibilities

• Own global B2B partnerships from sourcing to closing, with international partners.
• Lead commercial execution and meet multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
• Shape strategy and GTM approaches, switching verticals fast as needed.
• Own accounts and drive expansion, upsell, and new revenue streams.
