Job summary

Higgsfield AI is seeking a GTM Lead, Europe to open and own our European business. You will be our first dedicated commercial hire in the region, responsible for turning Europe's agencies, brands, production companies and media groups into Higgsfield customers.

You will define the European go-to-market and close the region's first lighthouse accounts, working with our Asia Growth team, US Enterprise team and company leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise sales, business development, partnerships or GTM leadership across Europe.
• Track record of sourcing and closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals.
• Experience selling into agencies, brands, media or entertainment in at least two European markets.

Responsibilities

• Open and own the European market from zero, building the strategy and closing first lighthouse accounts.
• Own European pipeline, forecast and bookings with 3x+ pipeline coverage.
• Lead negotiations, enterprise agreements, and multi-year or usage-based deals.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers in European agencies, brands and media groups.
