Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience.
• Experience with partners and global accounts.
• Experience in fast-paced, matrix corporations; familiarity with Global Systems Integrator models; NTT Data preferred.
• Senior sales/channel role with global responsibility.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building with executives and technical teams.
• Program and project management; coordinating cross-organizational teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global NTT DATA partnership strategy and joint business plan.
• Identify and develop GTM programs and cross-ecosystem initiatives.
• Define and validate sales engagement models and joint value propositions.
• Translate strategy into execution plans with measurable outcomes.
• Own the operating rhythm for the partnership with reviews and planning.
• Manage the global partnership scorecard and KPIs.
• Lead pipeline and bookings reviews across teams.
• Coordinate governance of partner investments and budgets.
• Oversee cross-functional workstreams and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify execution risks and drive issue resolution.
