Ladders is seeking a Global Partnership Supply Manager for a leadership position in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote US-based role focuses on reliable product supply to external partners, balancing contractual commitments and internal capabilities.

The role requires collaboration, stakeholder management, and supply chain judgment in a highly regulated environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• Master’s with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s with 4+ years relevant experience.
• Associate’s with 8 years relevant experience.
• High school diploma or GED with 10 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and quality supply of products to partners per contract.
• Build relationships across partner organizations and internal teams.
• Lead cross-functional demand and supply planning and launches.
• Provide supply chain guidance as a core Product Delivery Team member.
• Manage partner demand forecasts and align with contracts.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned partners with senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to enhance strategic value of partnerships.
