Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• Master’s with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s with 4+ years relevant experience.
• Associate’s with 8 years relevant experience.
• High school diploma or GED with 10 years relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Ensure timely and quality supply of products to partners per contract.
• Build relationships across partner organizations and internal teams.
• Lead cross-functional demand and supply planning and launches.
• Provide supply chain guidance as a core Product Delivery Team member.
• Manage partner demand forecasts and align with contracts.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned partners with senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to enhance strategic value of partnerships.

For our client, we are seeking a Global Partnership Supply Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will focus on ensuring reliable product supply for external partners while balancing contractual commitments, demand signals, and internal supply capabilities. You will serve as a key liaison across partner organizations and internal cross-functional teams to keep launch, planning, and delivery activities aligned. The position calls for strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and supply chain judgment in a highly regulated, partner-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,511 – $156,280 annually

• Build effective relationships across partner organizations and internal teams.
