Job summary

Amgen in Washington, DC is seeking a Global Partnership Supply Manager to drive external collaborations and optimize the supply of products to partners. You will manage a Partnership portfolio, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, compliant execution of agreements.

The role requires strong supply chain expertise, experience with S&OP, and proficiency with planning tools like Power BI or SAP. Excellent communication and program management skills are essential, with a focus on

Qualifications

Supply chain experience with demand and supply planning, S&OP, and risk assessment.
Experience managing external partners and supply agreements.
Ability to coordinate across Commercial, Finance, Quality, Legal and Alliance Management.
Familiarity with GMP and pharmaceutical planning systems is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a Partnership portfolio and oversee external collaborations.
Ensure timely, quality supply of product to Amgen’s partners per contracts.
Lead cross-functional work on demand planning, pricing, launches, and tech transfers.
Provide supply chain guidance as a core PDT member.
Lead partner S&OP meetings and coordinate performance with Amgen teams.
Manage partner forecasts and assess risks to align supply with obligations.
Summarize challenges for senior leadership and support financial modeling.
Identify opportunities to improve collaborations and standardize processes.
