Job summary

Amgen Inc. is seeking a Global Partnership Supply Manager in the United States to drive external collaborations and ensure timely, compliant supply to partners.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage demand forecasts, and contribute to financial modeling within a regulated environment. You will lead S&OP activities, coordinate with Commercial, Finance, Quality, Legal, and Alliance Management, and continuously improve partnership processes while maintaining strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree required.
• Master’s degree with 2 years in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain.
• Associate’s degree with 8 years in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain.
• High school diploma / GED with 10 years of Business, Engineering and/or Supply Chain experience.
• Supply chain expertise in demand and supply planning, S&OP, forecasting, risk assessment, and product delivery.
• Experience managing external partners / supply agreements and interpreting contractual terms.
• Ability to coordinate teams across Commercial, Finance, Quality, Legal, Alliance Management and Cost Accounting.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, SAP, Kinaxis or similar tools.
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Inclusive collaboration with diverse teams.
• Root-cause analysis and continuous improvement mindset.
• Project planning and execution across multiple priorities.
• Financial acumen to understand cost implications.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Partnership portfolio and ensure successful execution of operations of external collaborations.
• Oversee process execution, standardize workflows, and identify improvements.
• Lead cross-functional work on collaboration activities including demand/supply planning and product launches.
• Provide supply chain guidance as a core PDT member.
• Lead partner S&OP meetings and coordinate performance with Amgen teams.
• Manage partner demand forecasts and align supply with contracts.
• Serve as main contact across Legal, Quality, Alliance Management, and Operations Finance.
• Contribute to financial modeling and input into collaboration, licensing and quality agreements.
• Identify opportunities to increase strategic value of partnerships and promote improvements.
• Contribute to Partnership Supply strategy and standard processes.
• Maintain alignment through meetings and progress updates.
• Identify risks early and resolve with stakeholders.
