Job summary

Enliven Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Vice President, Supply Chain to own global supply strategy across clinical and late-stage programs. You will ensure uninterrupted supply of investigational products and coordinate with CMC, Clinical Operations, Quality, and Regulatory.

The role covers forecasting, planning, vendor oversight, logistics, and risk management to prevent supply gaps and support a future commercial launch. Travel ~15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, life sciences, business, or related field.
• Approximately 15+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology supply-chain experience.
• Deep, hands-on experience leading global clinical supply, including forecasting, inventory management, packaging and labeling, distribution, logistics, and external-partner oversight.
• Experience leading supply chain for pivotal/Phase 3 clinical development and transitioning products from clinical-stage operations through commercial readiness.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and applicable global clinical-supply requirements.
• Experience leading or participating in ERP/planning/inventory management/supply visibility systems implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate supply gaps, build practical contingency plans, and resolve disruptions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead global clinical supply strategy and execution across Enliven's portfolio, ensuring uninterrupted supply for trials.
• Translate protocols and development plans into demand forecasts, supply plans, inventories, and budgets.
• Oversee forecasting, production planning, packaging, labeling, distribution, inventory, and logistics.
• Coordinate with CMC, Clinical Operations, Quality, and Regulatory to align activities with program timelines.
• Oversee global logistics, including import/export, customs, depots, and country-specific labeling.
• Establish inventory and safety-stock strategies balancing supply continuity and costs.
