Ladders is seeking an Associate External Manufacturing Leader to support external manufacturing operations within a regulated healthcare environment. Remote-US based; no visa sponsorship.

You will work cross-functionally to keep production on track, manage documentation, and report to senior leadership. The role emphasizes collaboration with site leaders, Quality, Regulatory, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve performance across a multi-site network.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, operations, or quality support in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with GMP, 21 CFR 212, or Board of Pharmacy requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with site managers to resolve operational challenges and track production activities.
• Support root cause investigations for operational deviations with Quality and Regulatory teams.
• Maintain documentation for assigned manufacturing sites, including batch records and issue logs.
• Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.
• Serve as a liaison between regional manufacturing partners and internal teams.
• Monitor site-level compliance with GMP and 21 CFR 212 requirements.
• Identify areas for operational improvement and propose solutions.
