Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of supplier relationship management or strategic sourcing.
• Proven experience negotiating complex contracts and agreements.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L analysis skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze supplier performance and develop improvement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategies to achieve volume and profitability goals with suppliers.
• Develop and manage relationships with supplier partners to drive growth.
• Identify and propose creative solutions in collaboration with functional teams.
• Negotiate and manage supplier purchase contracts effectively.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform recommendations.
• Provide consultative advice to senior leadership based on data insights.
• Develop and maintain supplier scorecards to monitor performance.
