Job summary

OneStream Software is seeking a VP of Partnerships for the Americas to lead partner-driven revenue and delivery for the region. This remote role anchors collaboration with GSIs, RSIs, and technology partners to scale go-to-market efforts and governance.

You will orchestrate partner motions across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services, aligning regional targets with global strategy and ensuring measurable outcomes and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ecosystem-driven growth in enterprise SaaS.
• Track record driving partner-sourced, co-sell, and partner-influenced pipeline.
• Experience with Global System Integrators and Regional System Integrators.
• Strong cross-functional GTM execution with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services.
• Experience building or scaling a partner organization in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute NA partner ecosystem strategy to drive revenue growth and delivery scale.
• Own partner-driven revenue, pipeline, and contribution to closed-won business across the region.
• Build and scale a high-performing partner organization with appropriate coverage.
• Develop joint go-to-market motions with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services to drive pipeline.
• Expand and optimize the partner ecosystem and time-to-productivity for new partners.
• Drive partner enablement and capacity growth to support delivery scale.
• Establish governance and cadence to monitor partner performance and ROI.
• Act as executive sponsor for key partners and manage senior relationships.
