Job summary

OneStream Software seeks a Vice President of Partnerships North America to own partner-led revenue, pipeline, and delivery across the region, coordinating with GSIs, RSIs, and technology partners to translate global strategy into regional impact.

You will build a high-performing partner organization, drive joint go-to-market motions with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services, and establish governance to monitor performance and ROI while serving as executive sponsor for key partners.

Qualifications

• 15+ years building ecosystem-led, partner-driven growth in high-growth enterprise software companies.
• Experience driving partner ecosystem outcomes: partner-sourced, co-sell, and partner-influenced pipeline and bookings in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience across Global System Integrators (GSIs), Regional System Integrators (RSIs), and advisory partners in a complex matrixed org.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional go-to-market execution with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services.
• Experience building or scaling a partner organization in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the NA partner ecosystem strategy to drive regional revenue growth and delivery scale.
• Own partner-driven revenue, pipeline, and ROI across the region.
• Build and scale a high-performing partner organization with aligned structure and talent.
• Develop joint go-to-market motions with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services to drive pipeline and win rates.
• Expand and optimize the partner ecosystem with more revenue-generating partners.
• Drive partner enablement and capacity growth to support delivery scale.
• Establish governance to monitor partner performance and ROI for leadership visibility.
• Act as executive sponsor for key partners and manage senior relationships.
