Job summary

Netspend in Austin is seeking a Global Partner Coordinator to support our partner network and internal teams. You will handle escalations, assist tellers with tool navigation, answer process questions, and set up partner tools to enable business operations.

You will track inquiries via calls, chats, or emails, coordinate with multiple departments, and help leadership with ad hoc projects. The role requires clear communication, strong organization, and a drive to grow within Netspend.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communications skills.

• High school education required; university coursework appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalations via calls, chats or email.

• Pull invoice information for accounting.
• Process fraud-related emails to freeze funds.
