Netspend Corporation in Austin is seeking a versatile recruiting professional to drive talent acquisition while adapting to the dynamic needs of a growing organization. Your primary focus will be collaborating with leaders across our US and India businesses to manage end-to-end recruitment across all levels of the organization.

As a key member of the People team, you will also flex into supporting general HR operations as business priorities evolve.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruiting across all levels, including intake strategy and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines; collaborate with leaders to forecast needs.
• Enhance candidate experience and promote employer branding.
• Coach hiring managers on interviews and evaluation criteria.
• Optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and keep templates up to date.
• Track recruitment KPIs and manage relationships with agencies and job boards.
