Job summary

Semperis is seeking a Senior Director, Global Partner Program and Operations to lead the evolution and execution of the global partner program and ecosystem. You will design scalable programs, enablement initiatives, and reporting, collaborating across the company and reporting to the Senior Vice President of Global Partner Sales & Alliances.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, partnerships, and operational excellence, with a focus on growth and market penetration across the globe.

Strong organization, content creation, presentation, and communication skills (GSD).
Impactful leader capable of driving growth through partnerships.
Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Design and implement a scalable partner program aligned with business goals.
Develop trainings and certifications to equip partners with security expertise.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product for GTM alignment and revenue growth.
Drive operational excellence across partner operations, reporting, and systems.
Set vision for the Partner Journey and manage Partner Councils and major events.
Engage with executives to ensure alignment and growth; stay ahead of trends.
