Job summary

Semperis is seeking a Senior Director, Global Partner Program and Operations to lead the evolution of our global partner program from a remote US location. You will shape program requirements, enablement and demand generation, and drive operational excellence across partner ecosystems worldwide.

You will partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to align GTM strategies, grow revenue with partners, and manage partner portals and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in global partner programs, operations, or business development within security technology or related fields.
• Experience creating partner agreements and program guides and playbooks.
• Successfully developed and managed Partner portals and learning management platforms.
• Sales and Channel management experience.
• Proven track record of developing and scaling strategic partner initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, industry trends, and partner ecosystems.
• Ability to drive operational excellence, program management, and revenue-impacting partnerships.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field; MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable partner program aligning with business goals.
• Develop training programs and certifications for deep security solution expertise.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing/product to align GTM and drive revenue with partners.
• Drive efficiency in partner operations, reporting, and compliance.
• Set vision for Partner Journey and manage Partner Advisory Councils and events.
• Build strategic relationships with global partners and internal executives.
• Stay ahead of market trends to refine partnership strategies.
