Semafor in New York, NY or Washington, DC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead and orchestrate cross‑functional client programs from sale through delivery. You will act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring scope, timelines, and outcomes meet Semafor’s standards.

The role requires 8+ years in program management or client services within media, with strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

8+ years of program management, client services, or related field within media or editorial environments.
Proven ability to manage complex, integrated projects with multiple stakeholders.
Sophisticated communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to cross-functional execution of key accounts from sale to post‑sale delivery.
Act as primary liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure scope and timelines.
Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and address roadblocks proactively.
Prepare proactive agendas for status meetings and provide clear summaries of action items.
Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and drive client retention.
