Job summary

Semperis seeks a Senior Director, Global Partner Program and Operations to lead the evolution and execution of our worldwide partner program and ecosystem.

The role drives program requirements, enablement, demand generation, operational efficiency, reporting, and strategic initiatives to accelerate our cybersecurity solutions globally. Reports to the Senior VP of Global Partner Sales & Alliances.

Qualifications

• Results-oriented with ability to manage strategic and tactical activities to deliver results.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with extended teams and partners.
• Ability to organize, present, and communicate clearly; prioritization and execution are essential.
• Experience in developing and scaling strategic partner initiatives and programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable partner program aligned with business goals.
• Develop training and certifications to equip partners with security solution expertise.
• Align GTM strategies with sales, marketing, and product for revenue growth.
• Drive operational excellence and reporting; manage Partner Portal and reporting tools.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with global partners and internal executives.
