Job summary

Wiz is seeking a Senior Manager of Global Partner Solutions Architecture to drive technical excellence across a worldwide partner network. Lead a distributed team enabling GSIs to scope, solution, and deliver cloud security services on our platform.

You will stay hands-on with technology, engage senior partner leaders, and align with Sales, Product, and Partner orgs to accelerate partner-driven revenue and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Partner Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, or similar in a global SaaS/cloud security org.
• 5+ years developing, managing, coaching a globally distributed technical team.
• Exceptional communication & executive presence – engage and influence C-level executives and partners.
• Deep understanding of GSIs, CSPs, regional SIs, VARs, MSPs and navigating their structures.
• Strong technical leadership – lead from the front while hands-on with tech.
• Technical competency in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP, IAM, containers, CSPM/CNAPP).
• Operational acumen – deploy programs, drive accountability with metrics.
• Managed services expertise – technical, commercial, and operational perspective.
• Global mindset – operate across geographies and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Build & Lead a Global Team of Partner Solutions Architects—recruit, retain, develop, coach high-performing staff.
• Lead from the Front by staying hands-on with cloud security tech and product features.
• Engage executive leaders and partner sales leaders to align and drive joint success.
• Develop enablement programs so partners can scope, sell, and deliver solutions.
• Partner with sales to insert our platform into partner GTM and build services practices.
• Set best practices and frameworks to improve service quality and consistency.
• Define objectives, monitor performance, and drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Solutions Engineering for feedback and innovation.
