Job summary

Wiz is seeking a Sr. Manager of Global Partner Solutions Architecture to direct and scale our strategy across the global partner network.

You will lead a globally distributed team enabling GSIs to scope, solution, and deliver cloud security services built on our platform, reporting to the Head of Partner Solutions Architecture. You will balance executive engagement with hands-on technical leadership, recruit and coach a high-performance team, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and partner

Qualifications

• Senior leadership role overseeing a global partner solutions team.
• Experience leading GSIs and CSPs and collaborating with Sales, Product, and partner organizations.
• Hands-on cloud security knowledge including AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and scale globally distributed teams.
• Strong executive presence and strategic influence across partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and scale the global partner solutions architecture strategy.
• Lead a globally distributed team to enable GSIs to scope, solution, and deliver cloud security services.
• Maintain hands-on technical engagement while leading from the front.
• Drive partner enablement programs and structured GTM insertion with sales leaders.
• Foster executive relationships with GSI and CSP partners to align business and technical goals.
• Establish best practices, metrics, and accountability across partner-delivered services.
