Job summary
Arrow is seeking a Manager - Global IBM and Red Hat initiatives to build and manage strategic relationships with customers and suppliers across their technology portfolio. You will lead market-specific sales strategies, enable growth, and participate in the sales compensation plan with variable OTE.
This fully remote role requires senior-level expertise, global collaboration, and travel to Arrow offices as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent related experience.
- Ability to interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices.
- Leads functional teams or projects and serves as a best practice/quality resource.
Responsibilities
- Develops and manages relationships with suppliers, customers, and/or vendors within their business group's technologies.
- Assists with development and execution of strategy and business development.
- Implements business development initiatives.
- Provides market intelligence; evaluates, develops, and manages market specific sales strategies and new opportunities.
- Drives results through demand identification and demand creation opportunities.
