Job summary

ReversingLabs is seeking a globally focused Partner Marketing Strategist (Remote, USA) to own the partner marketing strategy and build scalable demand programs worldwide.

You will lead joint marketing efforts with strategic partners across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ, shaping campaigns, messaging, and assets that drive pipeline and partner growth. A 6–8 year track record in multi-regional marketing and strong program management are required.

Qualifications

• Substantial partner or channel marketing experience with high-technology companies.
• Expert understanding of marketing through the partner community with proven results.
• 6–8 years of regional marketing experience across Americas, EMEA, and APJ.
• Breadth across marketing disciplines: field, digital, content, events.
• Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills; can manage multiple time-zone projects.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field; fluency in English; travel up to 25%.
• AI-forward mindset: open to using AI tools to improve effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Own global partner marketing strategy, campaign architecture, and partner-facing brand programs.
• Build scalable partner demand generation programs with field and growth marketing.
• Define quarterly joint marketing strategies with strategic partners across regions.
• Collaborate with partners' marketing teams to launch podcasts, PR, digital campaigns, webinars, and events.
• Develop the campaign-in-a-box model with modular, co-branded campaigns for localization.
• Build joint value propositions and co-marketing motions with partners and hyperscalers.
• Act as investor relations for MDF strategy and report returns to partners and leadership.
• Set global partner marketing targets and accountability across teams.
