• Excellent communication to create concise, executive-ready updates.

Responsibilities

• Translate Microsoft commercial programs into Arrow-ready execution for internal teams.
• Ensure new or changing programs are understood before field launch.
• Build seller enablement frameworks to help sales understand the program and activation steps.
• Support partner success with clear guidance on programs, changes, and opportunities.
• Act as the internal expert for Microsoft programs and policies, guiding teams and escalations.
• Liaise with Microsoft stakeholders to understand upcoming changes and priorities.
• Turn priorities into playbooks, packs, training, and activation plans by country.
• Support local teams with program guidance, readiness materials, and follow-up.
• Coordinate with operations to reflect program requirements in systems and processes.
• Track adoption and blockers and provide leadership updates.
