Job summary

Couchbase is seeking a Senior Partner Operations Analyst to own the data, systems, and rhythm of business for partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. You will govern attribution, maintain a single source of truth across SFDC, PipelineIQ, Clazar, PRM, and BI, and partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to align definitions and reporting.

You will manage deal registration workflows, CSP co-sell tracking, and quarterly partner analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience defining partner-sourced vs. influenced revenue and the corresponding engagement rules.
• Ability to maintain a single source of truth across SFDC, PipelineIQ, Clazar, PRM, and BI.
• Strong data governance and attribution practices ensuring executive-level consistency.

Responsibilities

• Own definitions of partner-sourced and -influenced revenue; maintain a documented methodology.
• Ensure attribution is consistent across reporting layers so executive views reconcile.
• Govern partner data hygiene in SFDC: mapping, de-duplication, tagging, and field completeness.
• Maintain a single truth source across SFDC, PipelineIQ, Clazar, PRM and BI.
• Provide self-serve dashboards with PDM-level territory views; support ELT/QBR reporting.
• Track partner pipeline analytics: funnel, win-rate by partner type, and region coverage.
• Oversee CSP co-sell and cloud marketplace operations and deal-registration workflow.
