Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Product Managers in executing product lifecycle activities, including launches and portfolio management.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, competitive activity, and product performance data to support decisions.
• Serve as a product resource for customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders by coordinating solutions across functions.
• Develop and maintain product collateral, technical documentation, and sales enablement materials.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects related to product enhancements and growth initiatives.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and positioning strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, leverage automation and AI tools, and enhance product management activities.
