Qualifications

• At least 5 years in business marketing, partner marketing, or related field, ideally crypto/finance/enterprise tech.
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain, credible with crypto-native and traditional businesses.
• Familiarity with DeFi, payments, stablecoins, tokenization, or financial infrastructure is a plus.
• Proven experience owning integrated marketing or joint go-to-market campaigns with external partners, from planning to launch and measurement.
• Excellent writing and editing to translate complex concepts into clear, persuasive stories for sophisticated audiences.
• Strong strategic judgment to identify compelling narratives and prioritize opportunities by impact.
• Outstanding project management and organizational skills to coordinate multiple campaigns and timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with external marketing teams and internal partners.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with ownership and minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve marketing workflows and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM collaboration with BD, GTM, and content teams to align priorities.
• Design and lead joint marketing initiatives with ecosystem partners.
• Create content including social activations, case studies, blogs, messaging, and assets.
• Manage end-to-end campaigns from briefs through launch and follow-up.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment, including reviews.
• Collaborate with external marketing teams to understand objectives and storytelling opportunities.
• Define objectives and success metrics; monitor performance and optimize campaigns.
• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline marketing workflows and improve efficiency.
